With your commitment and assistance, Phase 1 can be completed in 4-6 weeks.

Armed with the clear insights from Phase 1 and with industry data your Custom Candor Plan will inform, guide, direct and shape the focus and actions of your team to accelerate growth.

Topics addressed in your plan include: Mission, Vision, Values, 1 Year Plan, 3 Year Target, Mapping Core Processes , Organizational Roles and Responsibility Clarity, Product/Service Positioning, Goal Alignment, Measurement and Performance.

We guide your leadership and stakeholders through a series of workshops and insight-mining exercises to effectively outline a comprehensive plan to achieve your objectives.

This phase of the Candor Process spans approximately seven weeks.
