Being born and raised on a 5th generation working farm Tammy comes by her experience with organizational dynamics honestly, learning from a very early age about the complex internal dynamics and economic pressures organizations face.
She has carried that knowledge into her career. As a Ph.D of organizational psychology, accomplished speaker, professor, and C-suite business leader, she knows the nuanced art of uplifting employee experience along with the bottom line.
All Candor’s work starts with Tammy. She fuses analytical and empathetic methods to expose the roots of what holds leadership teams back from achieving their strategic goals and deploys our proven methodology to set the course for creating thriving cultures.

Kris’s passion for helping organizations thrive is born out of her diverse business background that includes experience with a Fortune 100 company, Private Equity, Global manufacturing, and Healthcare Technology, with 20+ years in international sales, management and leadership.
Bottom line - Kris loves setting companies up to thrive in the process of getting business done. From scaling up to right-sizing organizations, Kris’s passion surrounds driving revenue, integrated business planning, and systems implementations.
Kris leverages her resourceful, people-focused, and process-oriented, approach in working with Candor companies to overcome obstacles and establish the organizational habits and processes that ultimately lead to realizing vision.

Whether building new high-growth businesses or re-invigorating legacy brands, Lindsay is known for her ability to reach horizontally across organizations, harnessing the diverse talents of the entire team, connecting the right resources at the right times, and mobilizing talent to deliver high-value, customer-focused, and market-ready objectives.
Her experience spans SaaS platforms, generative AI, data-driven marketing, and enterprise software, across FinTech, HealthTech, Hospitality and e-Commerce verticals.
Product, Marketing, Sales, and Ops, are all first languages for Lindsay and with Candor she works to unite, and rally diverse cross-functional teams to around a dynamic go to market strategies.
